Weddings are some of our favourite events to cater. We get the importance of the day and what it represents not only to the bride and groom, but also to their families, friends and loved ones.

Our team is highly skilled in wedding day catering, so let us help you turn your vision into a reality. Make an appointment with Tracy to discuss your dreams, then let us customize a menu just for you. Tracy and her team offer guidance on all aspects of weddings, from coordinating rentals, to suggesting colour themes and music, to choosing fantastic affordable wines and cocktails. And the best part? We will create a menu your guests will remember. Do you have guests coming with special food requirements? No problem. We can easily accommodate vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets as well as allergies and food sensitivities. We understand that you want ALL your guests to feel included and welcome so we’ll make that happen.

Tracy catered our New Year’s Eve wedding on Bowen Island and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Lindsey Prunty and I did a tasting with Tracy a couple months beforehand and her menu items were easily the best we had tried. She was very knowledgable about catering large events and her prices were excellent! She and her team showed up early the day of the wedding and served up amazing amuse bouches to our guests. Shrimp & grits in cute little mason jars, tuna tataki and Moroccan lamb skewers were so flavourful and did a great job of keeping the wolves at bay for our hungry guests. We had a large celiac contingent, but Tracy helped us to create a menu that everyone could enjoy without sacrificing great flavours. Dinner was served on time and was incredible! Fresh sockeye salmon and italian sausage lasagna along with amazing sides and a big selection of fresh salads. We finished the night with a beautiful baron of beef to keep our guests going through midnight. It was one of the tastiest things I’ve ever eaten.

It’s nearly two months later and our guests are still raving to us about the amazing food served by Tracy and her talented crew. We couldn’t recommend Taste to Savour more highly and will definitely be looking to Tracy again in the future. Thanks Tracy!!

Our experience with Tracy and Therese with Taste to Savour was exceptional. We hired them for our backyard wedding of 45 people this August and they were extremely patient and gave us so much guidance in what we would need to pull it off since we had never planned a catered party like this before. We found their menu creative and diverse. Tracy was receptive to any food allergies and intolerances our guests had which was very comforting. The variety and quality of the food really hit a nerve with our guests- everyone is still talking to us about how delicious it was. There are a couple things that make a good party GREAT and food is one of them, I would recommend them again and again for any occasion.

Tracy and her team at Taste to Savour are as good as it gets! We had Tracy cater our wedding last weekend and we were absolutely thrilled with the delicious food they served. We had canapes during our cocktail reception, followed by a amazing buffet dinner and a tasty midnight snack! Our guests raved about the food! We are still talking about how great the meal was. We had a couple vegans in our group and Tracy took extra care to serve them vegan meals which they were so happy about! Tracy is professional, kind, and knows how to run a great team of people to help execute a flawless event. She went above and beyond her role and even helped out with little things like telling the wedding party when to start walking down the aisle, and pouring us glasses of Prosecco right before the ceremony. We have been thanking our lucky stars every day since our wedding that we went with Taste to Savour!!!
