Our Signature Take & Bakes are available in three sizes: Classic Size feeds two – three while Family Size (8x12x1.5) feeds four – six. You can also order a Half Insert (12x9x2.5) which can feed six – eight people for a dinner party or for taking to the cabin. Family Size and Half Insert should be ordered ahead.

Since 2005, we’ve built our reputation on catering incredible weddings, fabulous private events and memorable corporate functions (including daily catered lunch programs for your office or workplace ).
Yet over the years it became apparent that Tracy’s clients were interested in having access to her cooking for more than event catering only. As a busy mother herself, Tracy quickly recognized the need for quick and nutritious 6 o’clock solutions. When Tracy moved into her current location the kitchen came with a full set of display cases and the opportunity to create her signature Take and Bake meals became a reality. Stock up for dinner at home and let Tracy feed your family.

CAFE
Tracy’s Kitchen at Taste to Savour on MacKenzie St. features an in-store cafe and deli where you can order lattes from the coffee bar plus soups, salads and sandwiches for  lunch or an afternoon snack.
We use local and organic ingredients whenever possible. And for those with dietary restrictions and food sensitivities we offer a delicious selection of gluten-free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
